EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

How to Return

  1. 1Contact us at hello@baristabambi.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. 2Pack the item in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached in secure packaging.
  3. 3Ship the return using a tracked shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  4. 4Receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Items that have been washed, worn, or altered cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@baristabambi.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures you get the size you need while stock is available.
